TK Ranch Beef Mixed Eighth Information

A mixed eighth of beef is half of a mixed quarter with a few minor adjustments where the numbers do not divide equally. Please see our TK Ranch Beef Quarter Information for more details about the math behind the meat. We charge $6.85/lb or $15.10/kg and you will receive approximately 55 lbs or 26 kgs of vacuum packaged beef. This is our most popular economy package.

2 Tenderloin Steaks, 1/pkg
4 New York Striploin Steaks, 1/pkg
3 Ribeye Steaks or 1 Small Standing Prime Rib Roasts
4 Top Sirloin Steaks, 1/pkg
4 Round Steaks, 1/pkg
2 Inside Round Roasts, approx 1.75 kgs each
1 Sirloin Tip Roasts, approx 1.75 kgs each
1 Cross Rib Roasts, approx 1.75 kgs each
3 Stewing Beef, approx 454 grams each
30 Lean Ground Beef, approx 454 grams each

You can also substitute some of the processed products in lieu of the ground beef. In this instance we would simply charge you a small processing fee in addition to the price:
