Bald Eagle

Help Needed for Wildlife!

Since 2000 TK Ranch has been a satellite for the Medicine River Wildlife Center (MRWC). Above Fish and Wildlife officer Kelly Wilson holds an injured Bald Eagle he brought to TK Ranch in 2012. Here we administer emergency first aid to stabilize these wild patients then transport them to the MRWC where they are treated for serious injuries (like broken wings or internal bleeding). They are then rehabilitated until they can be released back into the wild. Last summer the MRWC began building a new hospital for wildlife and some of the funding they were relying on fell through — and this happened after they had demolished their old hospital. They are now operating a makeshift wildlife hospital in what used to be their visitor center. The MRWC desperately needs your help to make their new hospital a reality. It only takes a few dollars from each of us to make a huge difference for wildlife. Please donate today. Thank-you!
