Our smokehouse is doing double duty making all kinds of new products. This week we made whole pre-cooked Roast Beef and sliced Roast Beef for sandwiches and they turned out so good! Additionally we made Smoked Pork Ribs, pictured at left. Both the whole Roast Beef and Pork Side Ribs simply need to be re-heated and served — how easy is that? Everything we are making is made without nitrites or sweeteners of any kind – so perfect for the Paleo Diet.
We will be adding these to products the website very soon (in the next day or so) so please stay tuned!
NEWS: We have changed our order cut-off days to Mondays! So many of you requested this we could not refuse. I hope this helps.
