Beef Half

At the moment our sales are strong and we're not processing enough cattle to offer the half package, we're currently only offering quarters and eighths. Please click on those links to see pricing and scroll down to see what's included in each package. We can't process more cattle because we don't have enough on hand unless we want to run out of stock completely down the road. It takes almost 30 months to properly grass-finish an animal so planning is key. We can only raise so many animals on our land sustainably and we're pretty well at capacity. We're looking for other ranchers to potentially raise animals for us, but most don't want to meet our stringent requirements. So it's proving to be difficult. Thanks for your understanding!
