Jagdwurst Hunter Style Sausage

Our new Jagdwurst Hunter Style Sausage is made with lean ground pork and loaded with our ham chunks making it a delicious option for lunches, snacking or your charcuterie board. We sent out samples to several of our friends who told us it was very similar to what they bought back home in Europe.

Our Jagdwurst is sold in 250 gram whole portions so you can slice it the thickness you prefer on crackers or sandwiches.
