Oo-la-la! We decided to make a beef and pork combination garlic sausage and it's destined to become a best seller! We tried it fresh out of the smokehouse and couldn't get enough, it was to juicy and flavourful. Then once cooled, we tried it sliced thinly and served with old cheddar and it was a delicious snack. It had a great consistency and flavour. Served hot or cold our beef and pork garlic will sure to please! Enjoy!

All of our beef cuts are dry aged the old fashioned way for 18 to 21 days for added flavour and tenderness. This is very different from virtually all conventional beef found in big box stores or restaurants that has been wet aged in a plastic bag.
