We've been experimenting with several recipes to create delicious and nutrient dense bone-broth using our grass-fed and finished beef. What's great is that our bone-broth had so much collagen that it solidified into a gel when refrigerated! 

Several people with inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS) asked if we'd be willing to make a beef bone-broth without onions or garlic because they affected their gut health. Since we make our bone-broths in small batches we thought we'd offer this option. This broth is also unsalted so you can season it to your own taste.

The health benefits of bone-broth are widely known:

  • It's high in collagen which supports joint health, improves skin elasticity and promotes gut health;
  • It's high in protein which aids muscle repair and growth;
  • It's packed with essential minerals like calcium, magnesium and phosphorous for overall wellness;

All of our beef cuts are dry aged the old fashioned way for 18 to 21 days for added flavour and tenderness. This is very different from virtually all conventional beef found in big box stores or restaurants that has been wet aged in a plastic bag.

We believe in giving you the best value so all of our cuts are well trimmed and our roasts are tied. Our products are vacuum packaged to add freezer life and for convenience — simply thaw in cool water before cooking.
