Our grass-fed and finished dry-aged Beef Italian Sausages are a little spicy, but not overbearing. While great for breakfast, they are perfect as meatballs in spaghetti sauce — simply cut them into chunks and sauté with your vegetables of choice. The spices are well balanced and add a lovely change to a family favourite.
