Our beef jerky is one of our best sellers so we thought we'd add another ranch favourite - nitrite and sugar free jerky steak strips! Seasoned and smoked to perfection these steak strips are ideal for hikes, packing into lunches or to munch on anytime! Like all of our products, they are made without any unsavoury additives like gluten, corn, sugar, or liquid smoke so they are great for keto and carnivore diets.

Ingredients: Beef, salt, organic allspice, organic onion powder, organic garlic powder, organic black pepper, natural smoke. PRE-COOKED.

Each package of Nitrite Free Steak Strips weighs approximately 110 grams.

All of our beef cuts are dry aged the old fashioned way for 18 to 21 days for added flavour and tenderness. This is very different from virtually all conventional beef found in big box stores or restaurants that has been wet aged in a plastic bag.

We believe in giving you the best value so all of our cuts are well trimmed and our roasts are tied. Our products are vacuum packaged to add freezer life and for convenience — simply thaw in cool water before cooking.
