Fit for an intimate family celebration, our grass-fed and finished dry aged filet roast is the crème de la crème of beef cuts. One of our favourite family meals for birthdays consists of a filet roast scored and lightly marinated in wheat free tamari and garlic then slow roasted to medium rare. Served with ranch raised potatoes and a big garden salad there are few meals more anticipated by friends and family alike.
All of our beef cuts are dry aged the old fashioned way for 18 to 21 days for added flavour and tenderness. This is very different from virtually all conventional beef found in big box stores or restaurants that has been wet aged in a plastic bag.
